Annual Document according to Paragraph 10 of the German Securities
Prospectus Act (WpPG)
According to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), which came into effect on July 1, 2005, issuers of securities which have been admitted to trading on an organised market, must make available at least once a year a document (known as the “Annual Document”) to the public, that contains or refers to all information published or provided to the public during the past 12 months in accordance with various provisions on the capital market and the law of negotiable instruments.
