Hans Henning Offen (71)
Hans Henning Offen has been the chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2004 and a member since 1994. Following a master’s degree in business administration at universities in Cologne and Hamburg, Mr Offen started his career at Citibank in Hamburg, New York and Frankfurt. In 1979 he became a member of the executive board of the Handelsbank in Lübeck AG and in 1985 he became spokesman of the executive board of Deutsche Bank Asia AG, both subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank AG. In 1990 Hans Henning Offen was appointed to the executive board of Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and was deputy chairman of the executive board from 1992 to 2002.
